We currently ship within South Africa only.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and periods of high demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbours.

  • Check any safe delivery locations around your property.

  • Allow up to 24 hours for courier tracking updates.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Undelivered Packages

If a courier is unable to complete delivery, they may:

  • Leave collection instructions

  • Hold the parcel at a local depot

Customers are responsible for following any courier instructions provided to receive their package.
