Your Rights as a South African Customer

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Under the CPA, customers may return defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

In addition to your rights under the CPA, LittleGuard offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items.


Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the eligibility requirements below.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund unless required under the Consumer Protection Act.


Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your LittleGuard SoftFall™ Head Protector arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where applicable under the Consumer Protection Act, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are any issues.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a replacement or a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If your refund request is not approved, we will explain the reason.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that:

  • Have been used or worn

  • Are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Are missing original packaging or accessories

This does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act regarding defective or faulty products.
